Is the past and future just a myth created by humans?
Because if we consider other animals (like fish/dogs/birds etc.) , they don’t judge the past and future, they live in the so called “present”.
Why can’t we live only in present?

I am not really sure that time as we perceive it ‘really exists,’ whatever that means. Wormholes, black holes, light years — all beyond our time-space continuum. I believe it is only tied to our mortality — as soon as man realized he died (after seeing someone die), suddenly time existed. There’s a cut off to our experience here (as we know it on tertiary terms) and we had to come up with some way of measuring the units of our mortality.
